Hey, I’m Dustin.
I’ve lived some life.
I’m a husband, a dad, a pastor, a coach, and a business owner. And through every one of those roles, I’ve had a lot to learn.
Monica and I have been married for 25 years. She doesn’t just love me—she likes me. And I love her and like her, too. We have a rich relationship, a friendship, and a life we’ve built together. That has taken surrender, honest conversations, and learning how to lay down my own way to love her well.
We have two children, Noah and Addison, and we call Spicewood, Texas, home. The things I coach men through—faith, marriage, fatherhood, work, health, and purpose—are the things I’m living, too.

I’ve been a pastor for more than 25 years. I’ve created missions organizations, helped plant churches, helped build businesses, and owned businesses myself. I’ve walked with people through big decisions, difficult seasons, and the responsibility of leading others.
I’ve struggled through those processes, too. I’ve made mistakes, had to own them, and learned how to get back up. I know what it’s like to carry responsibility while still trying to figure out your own life.
My education, training, and experience matter. So do the lessons I’ve learned the hard way. When we sit down together, I bring both. You can be honest with me because I’m willing to be honest with you.

I created Incredible Man to help men deepen their relationship with God and live with purpose in the places that matter: as husbands, fathers, providers, and men who make room for rest, health, and fun.
Through my weekly emails, teaching, and conversations, I share what I’m learning and what I’ve lived. I’m also writing a book about what it means to be a man, beginning with who God created us to be.
My heart is to stir the hearts of men toward a holy collision with God—awakening them to their divine purpose and calling. That’s the heart behind Incredible Man, and it’s the heart I bring to coaching.
